1. How does Mix It Live (custom mix) work?
Select your bag/jar size from the Mix It Live tab. At checkout, list your desired candies in the "Order notes" section (include 2-3 backups in case of stock issues). We hand-pack fresh! Stick to the recommended max candies per size (e.g., 5 for ½ lb, up to 20 for 5 lb) to keep your mix balanced.
2. What are Premix Remix bags/jars?
These are ready-to-go, pre-mixed candy bags or jars—no customization needed. Choose your size (½ lb to 5 lb) from the Premix Remix tab. Flavors are our signature mixes (sour, sweet, classic—details on product pages). Perfect for quick grabs!
3. Are your products suitable for allergies?
Not suitable for severe allergies. Many candies contain nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, etc., and cross-contamination may occur in our facility. We cannot guarantee allergy-free items. Check individual product ingredients or email us before ordering if you have concerns.
4. What about heat-sensitive candies (chocolate, gummies, etc.)?
We ship with care, but chocolate/gummies can melt in hot weather. We add ice packs when needed (suggest 1 per pound—available as add-on for $2.99). Choose expedited shipping during summer. We are not responsible for melting after shipment—consider 2-day shipping in warm months!
5. Can I add extras like Chamoy or Chile Busters?
Yes! Check the Add Ons tab:
- Add Chamoy: $2.50
- Ice packs: $2.99
- Chamoy and Chile BUSTERS (½ lb Gushers coated in chamoy & chile): $12.00 (limited, first come first served—spicy kick!)
Add them to your cart like regular products.
6. What if a candy is out of stock?
For custom Mix It Live orders, we'll use your backup choices or closest match. Premix and add-ons may sell out fast—order early! No refunds/substitutions for out-of-stock items unless noted.
7. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to food safety, no returns or refunds on opened/custom-prepared items (like Mix It Live or BUSTERS). Unopened, undamaged orders: Contact us within 7 days for possible return (you pay shipping). Melted/damaged in transit? Email photos within 3 days—we'll help where possible.
8. How long does shipping take & where do you ship?
We process orders in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
